Project Plan of Action
Day 1-2
We begin by safeguarding all surfaces in your home that won't be painted. This includes laying down rosin paper to protect your floors, covering countertops, and masking off appliances. You'll designate an area in your garage, basement, or home for spraying the cabinet doors. We will carefully remove all hinges and hardware from the cabinets and accurately mark their locations for proper re-installation. During the cleaning phase, we thoroughly eliminate any grime and grease from the cabinet boxes, drawers, and doors to ensure the primer and paint adhere effectively. This meticulous preparation guarantees a beautiful finished product. Next, we fill any cracks and imperfections as needed, followed by sanding, prepping, and priming the cabinet boxes, drawers, and doors with a high-adhesion, oil-based primer.
Day 3-4
We will apply multiple coats of what we consider to be the highest quality cabinet finish. This excellent, factory-like finish dries hard, providing outstanding long-term durability and an exquisite look.
Day 5-6
Our team will re-install all hardware, doors, and drawer fronts in their designated locations. We'll also install bumpers and ensure a thorough cleanup, leaving your space immaculate!
Space Options for Painting Cabinets
When it comes to painting your cabinets, you have three different options for where the refinishing can take place. Depending on your space and timeline, we prefer a minimum area of 10’ x 15’ (or larger) in one of the following locations:

Examples include a basement or any other unfinished portion of your home that can accommodate the project.

Finished Area Inside Your Home
If you choose a finished space, we will need to mask all six sides of the room: the ceiling, floor, and all four walls. If space is limited, we can create two smaller work areas to successfully complete your project.
